From a biological standpoint, sleep is a necessary period of rest for the brain. Sleep is part of our daily rhythm and our biological clock regulates it. Our brain needs a break from time to time
as to be able to recharge.
The length of naptime depends on the age of the child. For the babies, we respect their individual rhythm. From the toddlers onwards, the group shares a naptime. The children each have a bed and
a special area dedicated to them. Our team ensures a sense of security and calm during this time.
Sometimes children don’t want to sleep, in which case we offer a relaxation period (yoga, story time,…)
